With numerous events and large gatherings being cancelled please note whilst this is most unfortunate, our policies do remain active with all deposits being non-refundable.

As a small luxury business we hope you can understand the severity such events have on us financially.

With cancelled weddings / events we will be doing our best in holding these deposits for you in credit to accommodate you once all has calmed down and your dates have been reselected, where we can then together revaluate the situation moving forward.

Our team is also looking for ways to support surrounding small businesses during these uncertain times, should anyone have further ideas we would appreciate you getting in contact with us.

For all events that have been cancelled or postponed due to the COVID-19 epidemic, please see below the options we are offering our clients

  • Transferring the booking to an alternative date
  • Holding your booking for a tentative date
  • Offering a store credit for the amount paid, valid for an extended length of 12 months

 If your event is going ahead as per normal, we will see you in store to collect your garments.
